Lucky55 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules, Play with Confidence

Lucky55 reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any time. You agree to provide a valid government-issued CNIC or NICOP, proof of address, and proof of your payment method upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

Lucky55 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Lucky55 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Registration or use of more than one account.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting software.
• Deposits made from a third-party payment account.
• Chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction.
• Suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform to facilitate financial crime.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, Lucky55 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method after any applicable deductions, unless the funds are connected to fraudulent or criminal activity, in which case Lucky55 will hold the funds and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

You may also close your own Lucky55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Voluntary closure requests received while a self-exclusion is in place will be processed in accordance with the self-exclusion policy.

Lucky55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky55 excludes liability for the following:

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including any loss of funds deposited on the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or connectivity issues outside Lucky55's direct control.
• Loss of data resulting from technical failures, provided Lucky55 has made reasonable efforts to protect such data.
